Remotelytalents is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a US marketing agency. Fully remote, you will plan and oversee creative campaigns and assets from kickoff to delivery, coordinating schedules and deadlines, and serving as the main point of contact for cross-functional teams.

With at least two years of experience in marketing or agency project management, you will use Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello, ensure on-time delivery, and continuously improve processes.

Formación

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Proficiency in PM tools like Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Understanding of how design and content fit into marketing campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines: Develop and adjust project schedules in platforms like Asana, prioritizing tasks and milestones across multiple campaigns.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists to assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve roadblocks.
• Manage Workload & Resources: Assess team capacity, redistribute tasks when necessary, and ensure resources meet project objectives.
• Track & Report Progress: Identify at-risk tasks, elevate issues, and keep stakeholders updated on status.
• Optimize Processes: Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices to enhance operations.
• Facilitate Communication: Serve as main touchpoint for internal teams with regular status updates.
