Mate&Work is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a US marketing agency client. The role is fully remote and focuses on planning and overseeing creative campaigns from kickoff to delivery, coordinating schedules, assets, and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in creative/marketing project management, strong organizational and communication skills, and hands-on experience with leading PM tools in an agency setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Proficiency with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello).
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication abilities with stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of creative processes in marketing campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset to identify bottlenecks and improve workflows.
