Job summary

Hire Hangar, Inc. is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator to manage creative campaigns end-to-end for a US-based marketing agency. This fully remote, contractor role focuses on planning, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration with designers, writers, and strategists to deliver campaigns on schedule and within scope.

You’ll oversee task prioritization, track deadlines, and optimize workflows while maintaining high-quality outputs across multiple accounts, regions, and time zones.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Creative/Marketing Project Management experience, ideally in an agency environment.
• Hands-on experience with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello).
• Exceptional organizational & time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication abilities for updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of creative processes within marketing campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset to identify bottlenecks and keep projects on track.

Responsibilities

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines across campaigns in PM platforms like Asana.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams with designers, copywriters, and strategists.
• Manage Workload & Resources by assessing capacity and redistributing tasks.
• Track & Report Progress using project reports and status updates for stakeholders.
• Optimize Processes by identifying workflow inefficiencies and proposing improvements.
• Facilitate Communication as the main touchpoint for internal teams and updates.
