Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Understanding of creative processes within marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project timelines across campaigns.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, copy, and strategy.
• Manage workload and redistributes tasks to meet deadlines.
• Track progress with reports and flag risks to stakeholders.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
• Facilitate clear and regular communication with clients and team.
