Hire Hangar, Inc. is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator/Creative Traffic Manager for a fully remote role with a US-based marketing agency.

You will oversee creative campaigns from kickoff to delivery, coordinating schedules, deadlines, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time launches and high-quality output. You’ll leverage PM tools like Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, and Trello, 2+ years in creative project management, and strong communication to keep projects on track and improve workflows

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Creative/Marketing project management experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Proficiency with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Create & Maintain project timelines across campaigns in PM platforms.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers and copywriters.
• Manage workload and resources to meet objectives.
• Track progress and report status to stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize processes for efficiency.
• Serve as main touchpoint for internal teams with regular status updates.
