Job summary

Hire Hangar, Inc. is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator to oversee creative campaigns for a US-based marketing agency.

The role emphasizes managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining high-quality delivery across multiple campaigns in a fully remote setup. You will collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists, track progress, report to stakeholders, and continuously optimize processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Creative/Marketing Project Management experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proficiency with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication abilities for updates with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of creative processes and how design/content fit into marketing campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset to identify bottlenecks and keep projects on track.

Responsibilities

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines with clear milestones across campaigns.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams (designers, copywriters, strategists) to assign tasks and track progress.
• Manage Workload & Resources by assessing capacity and reallocating tasks as needed.
• Track & Report Progress using project dashboards and status updates for stakeholders.
• Optimize Processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing best practices.
• Facilitate Communication as the main contact for internal teams and ensure deadlines are met.
