Hire Hangar, Inc. is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a US marketing agency. This fully remote contractor role is open to LATAM candidates.

Manage creative campaigns from kickoff to delivery, coordinate schedules, track deadlines, and serve as the main contact for designers, copywriters, and strategists. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and hands-on experience with Asana or similar

Formación

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Agency environment experience in design, copywriting, or marketing is preferred.
• Hands-on with PM tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Trello.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of creative processes within campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain project timelines across campaigns using PM platforms.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers and copywriters to assign tasks and track progress.
• Manage workload and resources to meet project objectives.
• Track and report progress, identify risks, and keep stakeholders updated.
• Optimize processes and implement best-practices in creative operations.
• Facilitate clear communication as the main touchpoint for internal teams.
