You will oversee creative campaigns from kickoff to delivery, coordinating schedules and assets across multiple campaigns. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience managing creative projects in an agency setting and is proficient with PM tools like Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Trello.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Experience handling design, copywriting, or marketing projects in an agency.
• Proficiency with PM tools like Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with creative processes and workflow optimization.
• Problem-solving mindset to resolve bottlenecks early.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project timelines across multiple campaigns.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of designers, copywriters, and strategists.
• Manage workload and allocate resources to meet objectives.
• Track progress with reports and elevate issues to stakeholders.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Serve as the main communication touchpoint with regular updates.
