The role suits a professional with 2+ years of experience in creative project management, strong PM tool skills (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello), and excellent organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Creative/Marketing Project Management experience.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong communication skills for updates to leadership and teams.
• Understanding of how design and content fit into marketing campaigns.
• Ability to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.

Responsabilités

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines and schedules across campaigns.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams including designers and strategists.
• Manage Workload & Resources to meet objectives.
• Track & Report Progress with project tracking reports.
• Optimize Processes and implement best practices.
• Facilitate Communication as the main touchpoint for updates.
