Viterbit, a US-based marketing agency, is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator to lead creative project management for multiple campaigns in a fully remote role. You will plan timelines, coordinate designers and writers, and ensure campaigns launch smoothly from kickoff to delivery.

With at least two years in creative/marketing project management, you will use Asana or similar tools to track progress, report status, and optimize workflows.

Formación

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proficiency with PM tools like Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to oversee multiple projects.
• Strong communication abilities for updates with leadership and teams.
• Familiarity with creative processes and how design/content fit into campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines across campaigns in PM platforms.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of designers, copywriters, and strategists.
• Manage workload and resources to meet project objectives.
• Track progress with reports and elevate issues to stakeholders.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Facilitate clear communication and regular status updates with internal teams.
