Content Creators is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a fully remote role with a US marketing agency. You will plan and oversee creative campaigns, coordinating schedules and deadlines, and serve as the main contact for cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of agency experience in creative project management, strong PM tool proficiency (Asana/Monday.com/Wrike/Trello), and excellent organizational and communication skills to drive efficient campaigns.

Formación

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities and stakeholder-facing confidence.
• Understanding of how design and content fit into marketing campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset to address bottlenecks and keep projects on track.
