Dc Global Talent Inc. is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator to oversee creative campaigns at a US marketing agency.

You will plan timelines, coordinate schedules, and serve as the primary liaison for cross-functional teams from kickoff to delivery. With at least two years of experience managing creative projects in marketing or agency settings, you will optimize processes, track progress, and provide clear status updates to stakeholders in a fully remote environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Proficiency in PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Working knowledge of creative processes within marketing campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset to identify bottlenecks.

Responsabilidades

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines across campaigns (Asana, etc.).
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams with designers, copywriters, and strategists.
• Manage Workload & Resources, redistribute tasks as needed.
• Track & Report Progress with status updates for stakeholders.
• Optimize Processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
• Facilitate Communication as the main touchpoint for team updates.
