Virtustant is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a fully remote role focusing on creative campaigns and asset management. You will plan and oversee timelines, coordinate schedules, and serve as the main contact for cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in creative/marketing project management, strong organizational skills, and hands-on experience with Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Trello.

Formación

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Proficiency with PM tools like Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication abilities across cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of creative processes within marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with Agile or similar methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Create & maintain project timelines and schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, copy, strategy) for tasks and milestones.
• Manage workload and resources to meet objectives and deadlines.
• Track progress with reports and elevate issues to stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
• Serve as main point of contact and ensure timely status updates.
