Viterbit is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for its US marketing initiatives. This fully remote role requires at least two years of experience managing creative projects in an agency setting, with strong skills in Asana or similar PM tools.

You will plan timelines, coordinate across design, copywriting, and marketing teams, and optimize workflows to ensure timely delivery of campaigns. This position offers growth and exposure to performance-driven education marketing.

Formación

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Proficiency in PM tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Trello.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Working knowledge of creative processes.
• Problem-solving mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines. Develop and adjust project schedules across multiple campaigns in platforms like Asana.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists to assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Manage Workload & Resources. Assess team capacity, redistribute tasks, and ensure resources meet objectives.
• Track & Report Progress. Identify at-risk tasks and keep stakeholders updated on status.
• Optimize Processes. Identify bottlenecks and implement best practices to improve operations.
• Facilitate Communication. Serve as main touchpoint and provide regular status updates.
