Viterbit is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a US-based marketing agency. This fully remote role focuses on planning and overseeing creative campaigns, coordinating schedules, and serving as the go-to contact for cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience in an agency setting and are proficient with PM tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Trello.

Formación

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience, preferably in an agency.
• Hands-on experience with PM tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication abilities and stakeholder updates.

Responsabilidades

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines: Develop and adjust project schedules in platforms like Asana.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to assign tasks and track progress.
• Manage Workload & Resources: Assess capacity and redistribute tasks to meet objectives.
• Track & Report Progress: Identify at-risk tasks and keep stakeholders informed.
• Optimize Processes: Recommend improvements to enhance creative operations.
• Facilitate Communication: Be the main touchpoint for internal teams with regular status updates.
