Ideal candidates have at least two years in creative project management within an agency setting, strong PM tool skills (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello), and excellent organizational and communication capabilities

Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience, preferably in an agency
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
• Strong communication skills and ability to present updates to leadership
• Working knowledge of creative processes and how design/content fit into campaigns
• Problem-solving mindset to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project timelines across multiple campaigns using PM tools
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, and strategists
• Manage workload and resources to meet project objectives
• Track progress with status reports and escalate issues as needed
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams and stakeholders
