GrowthPair is seeking a data-driven Creative Strategist to develop and script direct response YouTube ads and mini VSLs for competitive e-commerce markets. You will research, craft hooks, and write scripts, iterating with performance data and feedback from an AI production team.

The role spans multiple brands with a high bar for results. Requirements include 2+ years in direct response video ads, understanding Schwartz’s awareness stages, and experience scripting hooks and ad concepts.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
• Experience with SQL and a programming language for data analysis (e.g., Python or R) and data visualization skills (Looker/Tableau).

Responsabilidades

• Research angles for direct response video ads and develop hooks.
• Script YouTube ads, mini VSLs, and full ad concepts.
• Iterate based on performance data and feedback from analytics teams.
• Work with AI production team to ensure fast output and rapid feedback loops.
• Manage multiple brands concurrently in demanding, high-bar environments.
• Apply Eugene Schwartz’s awareness stages to optimize cold traffic campaigns.
