Job summary

Paired is seeking a highly creative, performance-driven Ads Creative Strategist to craft high-converting ad concepts and hooks for Meta ads, targeting scale through cold traffic in a fully remote setup. You will write compelling ad copy for Meta, YouTube, and Instagram Reels and guide editors and designers to produce winning assets.

The role centers on owning the conversion narrative across the funnel, from ad copy to VSL and checkout, working closely with the Head of Marketing to iterate on

Qualifications

Proven direct-response copy across offers, VSLs and ads.
Ability to create winning ad concepts and hooks at scale.
Track record of ads that scale offers to high spend levels.

Responsibilities

Create ad concepts, hooks and angles aligned to each offer
Write complete ad copy for Meta, YouTube, Reels and other paid channels
Collaborate with editors/designers to turn copy into high-converting ads
Maintain message-market consistency from ad through funnel steps
Develop ads from copy to finished asset and provide quality feedback
Own the conversion narrative across the funnel
Work with Head of Marketing to iterate on performance data
