Power Digital is seeking a growth marketing leader to own 4–6 CPG accounts, diagnosing constraints and crafting data-backed strategies. You will leverage the Nova ecosystem and Iris to inform decisions across DTC, retail, and marketplace channels.

You will lead senior client relationships, coordinate cross‑functional teams, mentor analysts, and drive MRR growth while advancing collaborative, data‑driven results.

Formación

• 6+ years in CPG marketing with DTC and retail experience.
• Understanding of Amazon growth elements: A9, buy box, and advertising balance.
• Experience with MMM and attribution methods for measurement.
• Fluent in upper‑funnel channel strategy: content, SEO, video.

Responsabilidades

• Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
• Coordinate paid, SEO, content, influencer, and creative teams around a single account strategy.
• Run quarterly reviews to diagnose growth constraints across multiple pillars and channels.
• Own the senior client relationship and drive renewals and expansion.
• Coach analysts and manage 1–2 direct reports, providing development feedback.
