Willow is a telehealth company focused on personalized cosmetic weight loss care, seeking a Marketing Project Manager to lead intake, scoping and execution across teams. The role emphasizes AI-enabled workflows, systematized processes, and data-driven decision making.

You will own marketing launches, manage dashboards, and coordinate with Creative, Lifecycle, Ecommerce and Paid Media. This remote-friendly position supports a fast-growing, global team with flexible hours.

Formación

• 3–6+ years of experience in marketing project management, marketing operations, integrated marketing, or similar operational roles.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup, high-growth, or similarly dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated experience taking cross-functional projects from concept through scoping and execution.
• Experience managing complex marketing initiatives, stakeholders, timelines, dependencies and deliverables.

Responsabilidades

• Project intake, scoping & execution: entry point for Marketing initiatives, building briefs, driving timelines and deliverables across teams.
• Own and architect marketing project management systems (ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana), including workflows, automations, intake, dashboards and reporting.
• Lead the integration of AI agents and automation into Marketing operations, coordinating implementation and adoption.
• Coordinate resource prioritization and surface capacity conflicts early to avoid bottlenecks.
• Serve as central liaison across Marketing and other departments to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Build scalable processes, documentation and workflows to improve visibility and execution speed.
• Own go‑to‑market timelines and deliverables across Creative, Lifecycle, Ecommerce and Paid Media.
• Surface relevant Marketing data to support faster, informed decisions.
