Hyre is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to prepare accurate, timely estimates supporting revenue, margin, and backlog. You will work independently with guidance from Senior Estimators and apply disciplined estimating standards to ensure high-quality bids.

The role emphasizes risk awareness, quantity takeoffs, and collaboration with operations, sales, and vendors. A remote-friendly setup and US business hours with some flexibility are offered.

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in commercial construction estimating or a related discipline.
• Experience with industry estimating software and takeoff tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bids concurrently.

Responsabilidades

• Estimate production: prepare complete, competitive estimates using approved tools and templates.
• Identify scope gaps, assumptions, exclusions, and risks; escalate as needed.
• Support business development with accurate estimating input for bids and proposals.
