GoMaterials is hiring a detail-oriented Estimator to join our fast-paced Operations team in the US. You will own end-to-end quotes, delivering accurate, timely estimates that meet our gold standard for quality and value.

Collaborate with senior estimators and leads, taking ownership of performance and driving profitability while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a high-volume setting.

Formación

• 2-4 years of experience in estimating, quoting, operations, or procurement.
• Familiarity with estimating tools, quoting platforms, or ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with sound judgment on when to escalate.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities withoutsacrificing quality.
• High level of ownership, drive, and consistency under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Execute a high volume of quotes across the US with speed and precision.
• Deliver estimates that meet our Gold Standard for accuracy, turnaround time, and competitive pricing.
• Approach each quote with a solution-oriented mindset, balancing customer needs with profitability.
• Follow established QA processes and workflows, while proactively identifying and flagging gaps or inefficiencies.
• Communicate clearly and proactively with team leads and senior estimators, escalating issues early.
• Consistently meet service level targets and KPIs in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Support senior team members on additional tasks and contribute to overall team performance.
