ADDMORE Services LLC is seeking a Construction Business Development & Preconstruction Analyst to support bidding, estimating and preconstruction activities for U.S. projects.

The role blends construction knowledge with analytical preconstruction work, opportunity identification, and business development, with a focus on technical and commercial review of opportunities. The candidate will coordinate bid packages, conduct takeoffs and cost estimates, and communicate with GC, subs, and vendors

Formación

• Experience in construction estimating, preconstruction, project coordination, cost engineering, or construction business development.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP drawings and specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and research potential U.S. construction projects and opportunities.
• Review bid invitations, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and related docs.
• Evaluate opportunities based on scope, location, timing, client fit, profitability and award likelihood.
• Support quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, budgets, and preliminary pricing.
• Analyze drawings to identify requirements, scope gaps, and risks.
• Coordinate bid packages, proposals, and preconstruction documents.
• Request and compare quotations from subcontractors, vendors and suppliers.
• Maintain organized records of opportunities, bids, estimates, contacts, and follow-ups.
• Track opportunities through BD and preconstruction pipeline stages.
• Communicate with general contractors, developers, and project teams.
• Support outreach via email, calls, and networking as needed.
• Coordinate RFIs, scope clarifications, bid questions, and preconstruction communications.
• Work with estimating, PM, operations and BD teams.
