Agent is seeking a Construction Estimator (Mid to Senior) to support US-based commercial projects from a remote Latin America location. You will perform digital takeoffs, develop cost estimates, and review drawings and specifications.

Strong English communication is essential to collaborate with US owners and managers. The ideal candidate has 3–10+ years of estimating experience, a Civil Engineering-related degree, and hands-on proficiency with Bluebeam, PlanSwift, and OST.

Formación

• 3–10+ years of direct construction estimating experience.
• Experience estimating US-based construction projects.
• Fluent English, written and verbal.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, specs, and documents.

Responsabilidades

• Perform detailed digital quantity takeoffs for commercial construction projects.
• Prepare accurate material, labor, and project cost estimates.
• Review construction drawings, blueprints, specs, and scope documents.
• Identify scope gaps, exclusions, and estimating risks.
• Coordinate with US-based owners and project managers to align scope and requirements.
