ADDMORE Services LLC is seeking a Construction Business Development & Preconstruction Analyst to support opportunities, estimating, bidding, and preconstruction activities for the U.S. market.

The role blends construction knowledge with preconstruction analysis and business development, requiring coordination with contractors, vendors, and internal teams in a remote setting. Experience with drawings, takeoffs, and cost estimates is valued.

Formación

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience in construction estimating, preconstruction, or business development.
• Ability to read architectural/structural drawings and specs.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely and align with US hours.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and research US market opportunities and bids.
• Review drawings, specs, scopes of work and related docs.
• Support quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, budgets, and pricing.
• Coordinate bid packages and preconstruction documentation.
• Maintain CRM records and track opportunities through stages.
• Communicate with contractors, vendors, clients and internal teams.
