Félix is building a financial ecosystem for Latin immigrants in the U.S. through an AI-powered WhatsApp chat for remittances. We are a hyper-growth Series B company backed by major investors and awarded for fintech innovation.

We seek a Technical Program Manager to own the payout execution layer and scale our operations. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Business Operations to implement reliable payout rails, monitor provider health, and drive incident-ready processes.

Formación

• 2–4+ years of experience in technical program management, product operations, product management, analytics, fintech, technology, or related experience.
• Advanced use of BI tools and strong analytical skills (SQL proficiency is a plus).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across Product, Engineering, and Business Operations.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end integration of new payout rails, from kickoff to launch, coordinating with engineers and external stakeholders.
• Monitor payment rail health and provider limits to prevent issues before users are affected.
• Lead disaster recovery during outages and drive systems back to steady state.
