Blockchain is seeking an outstanding Compliance Analyst Associate to support AML, CTF, sanctions and financial crime framework, with accountability for transaction monitoring and blockchain investigations.

You will work with Product and Engineering to design, automate and continuously improve the compliance function, including AI-enabled tools to speed investigations and enhance quality. This is a growth-focused fintech role with global exposure.

Formación

• 3+ years in compliance, AML or financial crime.
• Hands-on with Chainalysis KYT and blockchain investigations.
• Experience with KYC/CDD, EDD and transaction monitoring reviews.
• Ability to document evidence-based conclusions.
• Strong understanding of crypto transactions and blockchain tech.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work with developers to design compliance tools.
• ICA/ACAMS/CAMS or equivalent qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate wallet activity using Chainalysis and assess risk indicators.
• Define controls for wallet screening, sanctions exposure, and on-chain monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to build automated workflows.
• Translate requirements into technical specs for developers.
• Contribute to travel rule program compliance.
