EXP Group LLC is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our centralized Customer Service & Collections team. This full-time/contractor role handles day-to-day customer support and collections for an assigned portfolio, coordinating with Sales and Finance to resolve issues.

We seek candidates with prior customer service and collections experience, fluent English, and the ability to work Eastern Time business hours, with independent ownership of outcomes.

Formación

• Prior experience in customer service and collections is required.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Able to work Eastern Time business hours.
• Detail oriented and organized with processes for credit checks and collections cadence.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide day-to-day account support.
• Support onboarding of vendors and customers.
• Perform credit checks and help maintain credit limits and holds.
• Process invoice adjustments and manage collections for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with Sales and Finance to resolve account issues.
