resourcefultalentgroup is seeking an experienced U.S. Accountant & Tax Specialist to join our client’s team remotely.

The role supports a U.S.-based company with bookkeeping, tax preparation, and financial reporting, with availability during US Eastern Time business hours. You will handle QuickBooks Desktop bookkeeping, prepare US individual and corporate tax returns, file state taxes, and ensure accurate financial records.

Formación

• Experience with US tax filings for individuals and businesses.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and ProSeries Desktop.
• Strong knowledge of US federal and state tax regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently and meet EST business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Manage bookkeeping for company and clients in QuickBooks Desktop.
• Prepare individual and business US tax returns.
• File state sales tax returns accurately.
• Reconcile bank and GL accounts.
• Review records for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain tax docs for audits.
• Collaborate with US-based team.
• Ensure on-time filings with confidentiality.
