EXP Group LLC is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our centralized Customer Service & Collections team. This role owns day-to-day customer support and collections activity for an assigned portfolio of accounts, working closely with Sales and Finance. Location: Remote LATAM; you will work Eastern Time business hours.

Employment type: Full-Time/Contract. Compensation: $1,000–$1,500 per month. Prior experience in customer service and collections is required; fluent English is

• Able to work Eastern Time business hours.
• Comfortable managing a portfolio of accounts independently and taking ownership of outcomes.
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to follow standardized processes for credit checks, account holds, and collections cadence.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide day-to-day account support
• Support vendor and customer onboarding
• Perform credit checks and help maintain credit limits and account holds
• Process invoice adjustments
• Manage collections for an assigned portfolio of accounts, following a standardized collections cadence and escalation process
• Coordinate with Sales and Finance to resolve account issues
