Job summary

Proofpoint is seeking a Clinical Partnerships Manager to support healthcare relationships and education partnerships. This fully remote, full-time role focuses on hospital and imaging-center collaborations, student placements, and program growth.

You will manage a diverse partner portfolio, perform outbound prospecting, and maintain disciplined CRM tracking. Strong English communication and independent work are essential for success in a global, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Experience owning relationships with hospitals, clinics, imaging centers, or other healthcare sites.
• Direct outbound experience: cold calling, prospecting, reactivating stalled relationships, or opening new healthcare-site relationships.
• Comfort using a CRM to manage a relationship pipeline, log activity, and report on portfolio status.
• Experience working across multi-location healthcare organizations with site-level to senior leadership contacts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of relationships with hospitals and imaging centers, from site-level managers to senior leaders.
• Run a consistent outreach cadence of calls, meetings, and personalized emails based on partner priority.
• Lead partner check-ins that turn into decisions with clear next steps.
• Support partners through student placements, cohorts, and program questions, including sensitive situations.
• Reactivate affiliated sites not currently hosting students or sending employees.
• Develop new clinical-site relationships via outbound calls, referrals, and persistent follow-up.
• Keep contacts and statuses updated in the internal platform and report weekly on pipeline health.
