Job summary

Whizz is seeking a friendly, professional Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. You will assist customers with questions, reservations, follow-ups, and general support while representing the company in a courteous, helpful manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, travel, or admin preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
