Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with customer focus.
• Strong negotiation and multilingual communication skills; bilingual is a plus.
• Familiarity with sales administration and data interpretation.
• Knowledge of insurance sales or benefits administration is desirable.
• Excellent customer service with understanding of HIPAA regulations for sensitive info.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with high productivity.
• Multilingual abilities to serve diverse client populations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for clients through various channels.
