This is a Full-Time, 100% Remote opportunity. As a Circuit Delivery Coordinator, you will manage third-party resources, ensuring timely delivery of customer orders with quality standards, and collaborate with project managers, customers, vendors, and internal teams to drive escalations and successful outcomes.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Internet Circuit ordering with Carriers preferred.
• VOIP experience strongly recommended.
• Ability to document dependencies and priorities clearly.
• Experience managing escalations independently.
• Adaptability to dynamic environments.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and soft skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Project management and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support assigned project managers and the PM team in provisioning new orders for internet, voice, and SDWAN services.
• Process carrier orders, including new services, upgrades, moves, changes, and disconnects.
• Request & Manage Dispatches
• Manage third-party resources to ensure timely delivery meeting quality standards.
• Communicate regularly with project managers, providing updates.
• Prioritize and manage daily workload effectively.
• Drive escalations as necessary and act as liaison for orders.
• Ensure timely communication with customers, vendors, sales teams, and peers.
• Status large project installations, communicate order status accurately.
• Take on additional responsibilities to support team success.
