RemoteFetch is seeking a Customer Service Virtual Assistant to support a growing moving and logistics team. You will handle inquiries, assist with scheduling and follow-ups, and ensure an excellent client experience from start to finish.

The role requires a proactive problem-solver who can manage customer relationships and maintain calm under pressure. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries across phone, email, and chat, providing quotes, coordinating scheduling, and performing CRM

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in customer service or administrative support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, professional style.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and general business software.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Must have a dedicated, noise-free home office with reliable internet and backup power.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
• Provide quotes, answer questions, and assist customers with booking moves.
• Coordinate schedule changes and update internal systems for dispatch accuracy.
• Conduct post-move follow-ups to gather feedback and address concerns.
• Handle customer complaints calmly and escalate complex issues to management when needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records and assist with CRM updates and reporting.
