Marketcapn is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a fully remote role with a US marketing agency focusing on education and mission-driven projects. You will manage creative campaigns from kickoff to delivery, coordinating timelines, assets, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in creative/marketing project management within an agency setting, strong organization, and excellent communication skills.

Formación

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Agency environment experience preferred (design/copy/marketing projects).
• Proficiency with PM tools (Asana, Wrike, Trello, Monday.com).

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain project timelines across campaigns.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers and copywriters.
• Manage workload and resources to meet objectives.
• Track progress and report status to stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize processes.
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal teams.
