IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, with remote work options across Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Colombia and other LATAM locations. You will partner with project and clinical leads to deliver on contract objectives while optimizing speed, quality and cost, adhering to IQVIA SOPs and global regulations.

The role requires 3+ years in clinical monitoring, 2+ years in a lead role, strong English communication, and proven leadership within global projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced English.
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Result and detail-oriented approach to work delivery and output.
• Excellent motivational, influencing, negotiating and coaching skills.
• Ability to lead teams and work effectively in a global project setting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and collaborate with project and clinical leads to meet contract objectives.
• Oversee unblinded clinical lead activities and IP management for assigned studies.
• Potentially act as Clinical Lead when needed and manage project resources.
• Monitor study metrics, trend analyses, and action plans to ensure quality and compliance.
• Contribute to analytics strategy and develop RBM tools and templates.
• Support monitoring strategy development and attend study/client meetings.
• Provide input to study teams and drive continuous process improvements.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure documentation and eTMF readiness.
