Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM with a remote work setup across Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Colombia, and other LATAM sites. You will partner with project and clinical leads to ensure project objectives are met, delivering high-quality outcomes for sponsors under IQVIA SOPs.

The role requires 3+ years in clinical monitoring, 2+ years in a lead role, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA). Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct and skill in applying applicable clinical research regulatory requirements; ICH GCP and local laws/regulations/guidelines.
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables across global projects.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP, risk, and mitigation plans.
• Lead when not assigned and during project close out.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs, Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Monitor study/site metrics and trend analysis, approve action plans.
• Develop analytics strategy and RBM tools to evaluate study quality and integrity.
• Support monitoring strategy development including triggers/thresholds.
• Attend study team or client meetings and provide inputs for process improvements.
