IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM with remote work options across Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Colombia, and more. You will partner with project and clinical leads to ensure delivery aligned with contract objectives while optimizing speed, quality and cost, in line with IQVIA SOPs.

The role requires 3+ years in clinical monitoring, 2+ years in a lead role, and strong English communication. Expect collaboration with study teams and mentoring of junior staff.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements (ICH GCP, local laws).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead; manage study IP and risks.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTA/CMAs).
• Develop analytics strategy and study monitoring plans.
• Support monitoring strategy and attend study/client meetings.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure audit readiness.
