IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM to partner with project and clinical leads to deliver study objectives with speed, quality, and cost efficiency. The role requires overseeing global projects, managing a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring regulatory compliance per ICH GCP and local laws.

The position is fully remote across LATAM (Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Colombia) with a Monday–Friday schedule; strong leadership and English proficiency are essential to drive study

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English.
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Results and detail-oriented approach to work delivery.
• Excellent motivational, influencing, negotiating and coaching skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables on global projects.
• Unblinded Clinical Lead responsibilities including IP management for the assigned study.
• May act as Clinical Lead when not assigned to the study and at project close out.
• Manage project resources (CRAs/ Central Monitors/ Clinical Trial Assistants).
• Monitor and trend study/site metrics; review action plans and adherence to the monitoring plan.
• Develop study analytics strategy and work on advanced analytics.
• Support monitoring strategy including triggers/thresholds.
• Attend study team and client meetings.
• Provide inputs to study teams and decision makers for process improvements.
• Develop and use study management plans and RBM tools.
• Ensure proper documentation and eTMF oversight.
• Mentor or coach junior staff.
