IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, with remote work options across Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Colombia. You will supervise the centralized monitoring team, partner with project and clinical leads, and ensure delivery of study objectives with high quality and cost efficiency.

The role requires 3+ years in clinical monitoring, 2+ years in a lead role, and strong English communication. Location flexibility is offered within LATAM, aligning with IQVIA’s SOPs and regulatory

Formación

• Requires advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements (ICH GCP) and related laws.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and coaching abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the Centralized Monitoring team across global projects.
• Act as Clinical Lead when assigned; manage IPs and risk mitigation.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure study tools/documentation are audit-ready.
