Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM with remote options. You will partner with project and clinical leads to deliver on objectives, while optimizing speed, quality and cost in line with IQVIA SOPs.

Responsibilities include leading the centralized monitoring team, overseeing global project deliverables, mentoring staff, and shaping monitoring strategy with RBM tools. English proficiency is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site).
• Lead role experience of at least 2 years.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements (ICH GCP and local laws).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple global projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables across global projects.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead when required; manage IP and risk mitigation.
• Manage project resources and mentor junior staff.
• Develop monitoring strategy and RBM tools; contribute to analytics strategy.
• Attend study team/client meetings and drive continuous process improvements.
