IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM to drive the delivery of clinical projects with a focus on speed, quality, and cost in alignment with IQVIA SOPs. This remote role covers LATAM markets and requires leadership across global teams.

You will oversee the Centralized Monitoring function, mentor junior staff, and ensure robust study governance and RBM tools usage while maintaining compliance with ICH GCP and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA) with advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct and ICH GCP requirements.
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Results- and detail-oriented approach to work delivery and output.
• Excellent motivational, influencing, negotiating and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage multiple global projects and competing priorities.
• Ability to lead a team and work effectively in a team.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and partner with project and clinical leads to deliver project objectives per contract, SOPs, and guidelines.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP for assigned studies, identifying risks and recommending mitigation actions.
• Oversee resource management for CRAs, Central Monitors, and Clinical Trial Assistants.
• Monitor study/site metrics and develop analytics strategies for advanced analytics.
• Support monitoring strategy development, including triggers and thresholds, for client studies.
• Attend study team and client meetings and contribute to continuous process improvements.
