Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for Remote LATAM across Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia and other LATAM locations. You will oversee the Centralized Monitoring team to ensure study milestones meet sponsor expectations while optimizing speed, quality, and cost in line with IQVIA SOPs.

The role requires +3 years in clinical monitoring (remote or on-site), +2 years in a Lead role, and strong English communication. You will mentor junior staff and contribute to analytics strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of ICH GCP and relevant local laws, regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables on global projects.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP for assigned studies.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure RBM tools/templates are used correctly.
• Develop monitoring strategy and study analytics with the project team.
• Ensure documentation and eTMF oversight to maintain audit readiness.
