IQVIA in LATAM offers a Remote Centralized Monitoring Lead role. You will partner with project and clinical leads to deliver the study objectives while optimizing speed, quality and cost in accordance with IQVIA SOPs and practices.

You will oversee the monitoring team across global projects, manage resources, develop analytics, support monitoring strategy, ensure audit readiness, attend meetings and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field is required.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English.
• Ability to manage multiple global projects and priorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead including IP management and risk mitigation.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs, Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Monitor and trend study/site metrics and action plans.
• Develop analytics strategy and contribute to advanced analytics.
• Support monitoring strategy development and study management plans.
• Attend study team and client meetings and drive continuous process improvements.
• Mentor junior staff.
