Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication in English and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Experience leading clinical monitoring teams on global projects.
• Advanced knowledge of ICH-GCP and applicable regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and oversee deliverables per protocol and SOPs.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP, risk, and mitigations.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate resources across global projects.
• Develop analytics strategies and RBM tools to evaluate study quality.
• Collaborate with project management to craft monitoring strategies and triggers.
