IQVIA in LATAM is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for remote engagement across Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Peru, Brazil, and Colombia. You will partner with project and clinical leads to deliver on contract objectives while optimizing speed, quality and cost.

You will oversee the Centralized Monitoring team, manage CRAs and central monitors, and mentor junior staff. Strong English, regulatory knowledge, and leadership are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 3+ years of clinical monitoring experience remotely or on-site CRA.
• 2+ years in a Lead role.
• Strong English communications; solid organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple global projects and priorities.
• Leadership and coaching capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables across global projects.
• Mentor junior staff and manage study metrics and RBM tools.
• Develop monitoring strategy and triggers with project management.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and local regulations and maintain study documentation.
• Coordinate with study teams and clients in a remote LATAM setup.
