IQVIA seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, remote across Argentina, Brazil, and other LATAM countries. You will partner with project and clinical leads to deliver study objectives with speed, quality, and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities include overseeing the Centralized Monitoring team, managing resources, monitoring study metrics, and contributing to analytics strategy. Fluency in English and strong leadership are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of ICH GCP and relevant local laws/regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the Centralized Monitoring team on global projects per protocol, SOPs, and regulations.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead, including IP management and risk mitigation.
• May act as Clinical Lead when not assigned to a study and at project close out.
• Manage project resources (CRAs/ Central Monitors/ CTAs/ Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Monitor study/site metrics, trend analysis, and action plan development.
• Contribute to analytics strategy and development of advanced analytics.
• Support monitoring strategy development, including triggers/thresholds.
• Attend study team/client meetings and provide inputs to study teams and decision makers.
