IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM to drive delivery of project objectives while optimizing speed, quality and cost. This remote, LATAM-focused role partners with project and clinical leads to ensure alignment with SOPs and regulatory requirements across global studies.

Responsibilities include leading the Centralized Monitoring team, managing resources, overseeing study metrics, developing analytics strategy, and mentoring junior staff. Fluency in English is essential.

Formación

• Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements (ICH GCP, local laws)
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA)
• +2 years in a Lead role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including English (Mandatory)
• Ability to lead team and work across global projects

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and collaborate with project and clinical leads to deliver on contract objectives.
• Oversee risk management, IP management, and study metrics across global studies.
• Manage resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, Clinical Trial Assistants).
• Develop monitoring strategy, RBM tools, and analytics templates.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure audit readiness of study documentation.
