IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead in LATAM with remote work options. You will lead the Centralized Monitoring team, partner with project and clinical leads, and drive delivery excellence under IQVIA SOPs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and partner with project and clinical leads to ensure project objectives are met.
• Oversee clinical deliverables, risk identification, and mitigation strategies across global projects.
• Manage study metrics, trend analysis, and RBM tools to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff and contribute to analytics strategy and monitoring plans.
